The Company's Chairman and major shareholder, Tim, is a Perth-based mining investor with a strong record of successful investment and value creation in the Australian and international resources sector. He is experienced in all facets of the exploration and mining industries both in Australia and internationally and has a thorough understanding of the Australian and global equities markets having raised significant capital on the ASX during his career. Tim is currently the Chairman of Liontown Resources Limited, Non-Executive Director of entX Limited and Non-Executive Director of Minerals 260 Limited. 

Brendan is a geologist with over 20 years of mineral exploration, mining and resource development experience in a broad range of geological settings. In previous years Brendan has been working in the Asian region in a variety of business development roles for mid-tier gold miners Kingsgate Consolidated and Dominion Mining. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.  Brendan is currently a Non-Executive Director of Lachlan Star Limited.

Bryn is an Industrial Chemist with extensive experience in the uranium industry, particularly in the development of the PhosEnergy Process and operation of In-Situ Recovery (ISR) mines gained during his time at Heathgate Resources, the operator of the Beverley Uranium Mine. Bryn has also worked for Worley Parsons on the Olympic Dam Expansion Project and consulted on various ISR operations around the world. Bryn is currently Non-Executive Director of Boss Energy Limited, Non-Executive Director of Australian Rare Earths Limited and Managing Director for entX Limited. 

Richard is a Chartered Accountant (ICAA) and Chartered Secretary (Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance) with over 20 years professional and corporate experience in the energy and resources sector in Australia and the United Kingdom. Mr Hacker has previously worked in senior roles with global energy companies including Woodside Petroleum Limited and Centrica Plc and is also the Chief Financial Officer and Strategy and Commercial General Manager of Chalice Mining Limited. Mr Hacker is proficient in all commercial, corporate and financial aspects of administering small and large companies in the mining industry and has significant experience in numerous jurisdictions around the world. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Majoring in Accounting and Business Law) from Curtin University in Western Australia. 

Stacey is a Finance Executive with over 30 years’ experience in the Australian resources sector. Stacey has previously held a range of senior positions as CFO and Company Secretary of listed resources companies. Prior to her role at DevEx, she was Chief Financial Officer for EMR Capital’s Golden Grove and Capricorn Copper operations prior to the listing of 29Metals in July 2021, where she then held the role of Group Manager, Commercial and Finance. Stacey has significant experience in corporate and financial matters, holds a Bachelor of Business degree and is a member of CPA Australia.  Stacey is currently a Non-Executive Director of Lachlan Star Limited.

Kym is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience gained in both public practice and commerce. Kym commenced her career with Deloitte and has since held finance positions in a diverse range of industries.
