Why DevEx Resources

DevEx is an established ASX-listed Australian uranium explorer with more than two decades of experience in responsible exploration, project generation, and remediation.

DevEx holds an enviable, province-scale position in the heart of a world-class uranium province in the Northern Territory, Australia — one of the most prospective areas for uranium, with over 700 million pounds identified in mined and unmined deposits.

DevEx’s primary focus is the Nabarlek Uranium Project, which hosts Australia’s former highest-grade uranium mine (historical production 24Mlbs @ 1.84% U₃O₈). DevEx is also advancing the nearby Murphy West Uranium Project, an under-explored, province-scale asset.

In parallel, DevEx is actively pursuing the acquisition, exploration and development of advanced uranium assets in proven jurisdictions to complement the portfolio.

DevEx also retains non-core assets — including the Kennedy Rare Earth Elements Project — with decisions on value realisation forming part of broader strategic growth plans.

Why Uranium

Low Carbon

Uranium is considered a vital component of the clean energy solution due to its ability to generate large amounts of electricity with minimal greenhouse gas emissions.

New and innovative technologies offer improved safety and efficiency, making nuclear power a sustainable, reliable and stable energy source.

Energy Transition

Climate change policy targets and increasing population are driving a global need to find low-carbon, large-scale power sources.

At COP28, 22 countries pledged to triple their nuclear energy generation by 2050.

As a result, there has been a significant increase in the number of nuclear reactors being restarted and under construction. These reactors must be fuelled by uranium leading to expectations of significant supply shortfalls over the coming years.

AI-Driven Demand

Driven by the rapid and unprecedented growth of energy-intensive data centres and advanced AI, uranium has become a key focus as the world’s largest tech companies seek to secure reliable energy sources from nuclear power providers.

Major investments from companies such as Google, Meta and Microsoft highlight the critical role uranium will play to reduce our dependency on fossil fuels and replace them with low carbon, nuclear power.

Supply Constraints

Global uranium supply deficits are widening into a moment of accelerating demand. While AI and data-centre infrastructure are driving unprecedented baseload power requirements, geopolitical disruptions have reinforced the strategic importance of secure, resilient energy supply chains — placing uranium and nuclear power firmly back on the global energy policy agenda.

On the supply side, uranium production has long been constrained by geopolitical tensions and mine closures. The World Nuclear Association forecasts that current supply gaps will increase and extend to 2040 and beyond. The combination of widening deficits and accelerating demand has driven uranium prices to multi-year highs.

Our Purpose

To close the widening long-term energy supply gap by discovering and delivering economic uranium, responsibly developed to create optimal value for investors, communities and stakeholders.

Our Vision

To be a New Force in Uranium, DevEx aims to build a high-quality uranium house through industry consolidation and successful exploration and development, with an aspirational long-term vision to produce over 10Mlbs per year across multiple assets.
