Tim Goyder

Chairman

The Company’s Chairman and major shareholder, Tim is a Perth-based mining investor with a strong record of successful investment and value creation in the Australian and international resources sector. He is experienced in all facets of the exploration and mining industries both in Australia and internationally and has a thorough understanding of the Australian and global equities markets having raised significant capital on the ASX during his career. Tim is currently the Chairman of Liontown Ltd and Chairman of Minerals 260 Limited. 

Marnie Finlayson

Managing Director
BEng (Minerals Eng Hons)

Marnie is a minerals processing engineer with extensive mining experience across multiple commodities, including uranium, lithium, nickel, gold, iron ore, diamonds, base metals and coal. She commenced as Managing Director of DevEx Resources on 1 December 2025, following 17 years with Rio Tinto, where she held several senior leadership and operational roles. Her final role was Managing Director of Rio Tinto’s Battery Materials business, where she led the development of the company’s battery materials portfolio through strategic investments in assets, technology and partnerships. She also oversaw operations and projects in the United States, Argentina, Canada and Europe.

Marnie holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Minerals Engineering) with Honours from the Western Australian School of Mines in Kalgoorlie. She is passionate about the mining industry’s critical role in the energy transition and is committed to developing the next generation of mining leaders. Marnie is currently a Non-Executive Director of Northern Star Resources Limited.

Matthew Yates

Non-Executive Director
BSc (Hons) MAIG

Matthew is an accomplished exploration geologist with 35 years of experience spanning the full exploration and development spectrum. He was previously the co-founder and Executive Chairman of gold developer OreCorp Limited, leading it through to its acquisition by Perseus Mining for $280 million in 2024. Earlier in his career, he played a key role in the acquisition and advancement of several key uranium projects in Africa, serving as the Managing Director of OmegaCorp and Joint Managing Director of Mantra Resources. He also spent nine years working in the WA goldfields, managing highly successful exploration teams at the Nimary-Jundee gold operations and has extensive global experience in gold, base metals, uranium and mineral sands projects. Matthew is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Solstice Minerals.

Brendan Bradley

Technical Director
BSc (Geol Hons) MAIG

Brendan is a geologist with 30 years of mineral exploration, mining and resource development experience in a broad range of geological settings. Brendan previously held the role of Managing Director for DevEx from 1 June 2017 to 30 September 2024. He has also worked in the Asian region in a variety of business development roles for mid-tier gold miners Kingsgate Consolidated Limited and Dominion Mining Limited. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Stacey Apostolou

General Manager – Corporate Development

Stacey is a Finance Executive with over 30 years experience in the Australian resources sector. Stacey has previously held a range of senior positions as CFO and Company Secretary of listed resources companies. Prior to her role at DevEx, she was CFO for EMR Capital’s Golden Grove and Capricorn Copper operations prior to the listing of 29Metals in July 2021, where she then held the role of Group Manager, Commercial and Finance. Stacey is currently a Non-Executive Director of Lachlan Star Limited and Minerals 260 Limited.

Kym Verheyen

Kym is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience gained in both public practice and commerce. Kym commenced her career with Deloitte and has since held finance positions in a diverse range of industries. Kym is the former Company Secretary and Finance Manager for Liontown Ltd.
